Cheryl G. Brown is passionate about assisting organizations who are in constant pursuit of Organizational Excellence. Cheryl has over 25 years’ experience in Culture Transformation, Strategic Planning, Operational Effectiveness, Innovation, Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI), Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Succession Planning. Cheryl has proven results in launching start-ups and implementing turnaround strategies for organizations.

She has worked for top companies in industries such as financial services, wireless, insurance, PEO, and retail and they have been either not-for-profit, private, S & P 500, or Fortune 500 companies.
